'I booked Lucy for my father’s 60th birthday bash in August 2017, and I’m so glad that I did! She was fantastic from the start - she sent me a list of songs to pick from, and let me choose the songs and the order, and when she arrived she helped a very clueless person (me!) set up the sound equipment. The night was fantastic, but even when we were running late, she didn’t even bat an eyelid, and mingled so nicely with the guests that everyone was keen to speak to her! I’ve heard her perform on a number of occasions, but nothing was as special as that evening; she had everyone singing along, laughing, and even with a tear in their eye - she puts so much emotion, character and commitment to her craft that it really was a privilege to hire her for a private performance such as a birthday party.
